Returning products

A product has arrived damaged, what do I do now?

There are two options to easily handle your damaged product(s):

  1. You send an email to Retour@grizo.be with clear pictures of the damaged goods
  2. Report it to your sales contact

Additional information

  • To avoid problems, you must inform us as soon as possible
  • The damaged product should be kept until you have received a response
