Description
• For feeding newborns and growing animals
• Suitable for sick or recovering animals
• Convenient and easy to use
Beaphar feeding syringes are a true aid for feeding young or needy animals. This box contains two 14 ml syringes:
One syringe with a narrow tip for gentle feeding
One syringe with a wider tip for faster feeding.
Usage Instructions
Ensure that all components are clean and sterile before use. It is recommended to dip the syringes in a sterile solution. Prepare the food and ensure that its temperature is close to the animal's body temperature (38°C). Fill the wide-tip syringe and ensure a smooth flow of food through the tip. When feeding the animal, it is recommended to hold it with a towel to prevent possible spills. Gently insert the syringe into the animal's mouth and release a small amount of food to trigger a sucking reflex. Continue feeding until the animal shows signs of satiety. If the animal refuses, use the narrow-tip syringe and place a few drops of food at the corner of its mouth to encourage it to ingest the food. Repeat this feeding technique every 2-3 hours until the animal is strong enough to suck from a bottle.
